Rob Riggle Bio
Robert Allen “Rob” Riggle, Jr., known as Rob Riggle is an American actor, comedian as well as an ex-Marine Reserve officer. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky, the United States of America as the son of mother Sandra Sue and his father Robert Allen Riggle, worked in an Insurance company.
When he was only two years of age, his family resettled in Overland Park, Kansas, where he attended the Shawnee Mission South High School. There, he got actively involved in the Radio programs and TV shows that his school would organize.
A funny kid, he always cracked jokes and played pranks at school and made his friends and teachers laugh a lot, for which he was even nominated as the most humorous guy in high school. After graduating in 1988, he attended the University of Kansas, where he was a student of Theatre and got involved in many acting projects.
He graduated from there in 1992 with a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Theatre and also earned his pilot’s license side by side. He also attended the Webster University and graduated in 1997, with a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
As a teenager, he went to the gym and worked out regularly to attain a well-toned body. He also approached for the Army and was selected for the United States Marine Corps Reserve in the post of Lieutenant Colonel.
He served his country in foreign lands like Afghanistan, Liberia, Kosovo and Albania. After gaining his pilot’s license, he rejoined the Marine after he had taken for a while and had worked as a Public Affairs officer in New York City. After serving the Army for 23 years, he left them in the January of 2013.
There is not much information regarding his past dating life, and as he spent most of his time in the Marine, it is evident that he hasn’t had any girlfriends to talk about.
False rumors that accused him of being sexually gay are pointless and have been denied by his official sources.
He had started to play in TV shows and movies after 2003 and played in many hits like Terrorists, Big Miracle, Going the Distance, Let’s Be Cops, 21 Jump Street, The Lorax and others. He is also known for his comedy and has toured across the states to perform shows in many places.
